The bar is just called "Ricky's." A fairly normal looking, if slightly decrepit (from the outside, anyway) hole in the wall. Outside, it looks like a dive - wooden sign falling off over the door, and everything.
What most people don't know, is that this is the doorway to the very elite nightclub Inferno - someplace few of the City's inhabitants will ever see the inside of. There is no other way in, but through the door at the back of the bar, and no one gets in without a personal approval from the owner himself.
That's not to say you can't find him, and if there's anything in town you want or need, he's the man to see. From time to time, he checks in on the establishment that bears his name, relieving it's usual staff and manning the bar himself.
He's rarely seen without his sunglasses, which cover one of the only features that really define him as part of the City's inner workings - his striking blue eyes. Most people who see them, don't really process them. Part of that is subliminal, part of it, the human mind's inability to process things that are simply unnatural. The other part, is Ricky's magic.
He is one of them, but he isn't necessarily working with them. A secret he'll play either way - whichever can give him the greatest advantage. He works on the outlook of “If you leave me alone, I’ll leave you all alone”, and it works for him.
Ricky pretty much disagrees with The Preacher and the Church on everything, but rarely challenges them. It's not worth it. He's not looking to lose his position in the City and enjoys what power he has. He's not foolish enough to just throw it away.
He seems to have a love/hate outlook on the City and its inhabitants as a whole...
